If your welcome email link has expired, your company controller (company administrator) can resend it to you. On the online platform they:

  1. Click “Users”
  2. Choose “Manage Users”
  3. Click on the relevant person’s name
  4. Click “Re-Invite User”

The new link will be valid for 2 weeks.
